Due to very high demand, your order may take longer than usual to be processed at the moment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We use Australia Post e-Parcel, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers for our deliveries, depending on your delivery location and the size of your parcel.
Please note that Australia Post has reduced their workforce in the operations and deliveries network by one-third in Victoria (where Tiger Tribe is located). With these delays in mind, we will do our best to ship your parcel with our selection of couriers, where practical and appropriate. Please note you can still use a PO Box delivery address, however as it can only be shipped with Australia Post, there will be significant delays. We highly recommend using a physical address that a courier can deliver to. We would love for your little tigers to get their activities as soon as possible!

All orders are sent with Authority To Leave, unless requested otherwise.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is sent so you can keep up to date with its journey.

Change of mind
We have a no fuss returns policy - we want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you are not happy with your products for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the items purchase price.
Please email email@example.com to get the process started. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. Returned items must be received in original unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition and take care to wrap them securely. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP if any items in your order are damaged in transit, and send a photo of the damaged item and the parcel or box.
We take great care to create and deliver quality products. If you receive a rare faulty item or an item with missing parts or pieces, please let us know within 30 days of your delivery. Please email email@example.com and tell us what has happened, and we’ll send out a replacement quick smart.
