Standard Shipping $10. Flat Rate Australia Wide.
Express Shipping $15. Flat Rate Australia Wide.
Shipping charge includes delivery, handling and packaging.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, Express Shipping is advised.
Express orders are prioritised for picking in our warehouse and will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Express orders will be sent via Priority Courier or Australia Post Express service selected based on your delivery location and the size of your parcel. PO Box deliveries - please note that Australia Post orders are collected midday Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Orders received on Monday & Wednesday afternoons would ship in 2 days. A physical address would be the fastest delivery option.
(Note: Express orders will be packed & shipped as a priority, however next day delivery is NOT guaranteed).
We do our best to dispatch your order within 2 business days of you placing it, however during peak or promotional periods (eg sale, Christmas) please allow up to 5-days for your order to leave our warehouse.
Approximate shipping times (business days) for Standard orders are estimated at 4-7 days within capital cities, or 5-10 days for regional areas.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. All orders are sent with Authority To Leave, unless requested otherwise.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is sent so you can keep up to date with its journey.

Change of mind
We have a no fuss returns policy - we want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you are not happy with your products for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the items purchase price.
Please email email@example.com to get the process started. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. Returned items must be received in original unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition and take care to wrap them securely. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP if any items in your order are damaged in transit, and send a photo of the damaged item and the parcel or box.
We take great care to create and deliver quality products. If you receive a rare faulty item or an item with missing parts or pieces, please let us know within 30 days of your delivery. Please email email@example.com and tell us what has happened, and we’ll send out a replacement quick smart.
