Xmas 2020 Update
We cannot guarantee arrival pre-Christmas as we use 3rd party courier and postage providers. We recommend ordering within these cut-off dates to avoid disappointment:
METRO MELBOURNE, SYDNEY, BRISBANE - Order before COB 14th December
ALL OTHER REGIONS - Order before COB 7th December
Please note that the Customer Service team is taking a short break between 23rd December 2020 to 5th January 2021. The online store is accepting orders 24/7 over the Christmas & New Year holiday period with orders shipped every couple of days.

We do our best to dispatch orders within 48 business hours.
We use Couriers Please & Amarex (formerly Fastway) Couriers and Australia Post e-Parcel for our deliveries, depending on your delivery location and the size of your parcel.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.
All orders are sent with Authority To Leave, unless requested otherwise.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is sent so you can keep up to date with its journey.
Sorry, friends overseas! We only deliver to Australian addresses.
Change of mind
We have a no fuss returns policy - we want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you are not happy with your products for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the items purchase price.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. Returned items must be received in original unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition and take care to wrap them securely. Please email email@example.com ASAP if any items in your order are damaged in transit, and send a photo of the damaged item and the parcel or box.
We take great care to create and deliver quality products. If you receive a rare faulty item or an item with missing parts or pieces, please let us know within 30 days of your delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what has happened, and we’ll send out a replacement quick smart.
