Item has been available for sale in the following places
- Australia: Sold from September 2021 to April 2022 online at www.tigertribe.com.au and via retail and online stores across Australia.
- Israel: Sold from October 2021 to April 2022 via online and retail stores. 
- Europe: Sold in Europe in March-April 2022. 

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our customers. We value the trust parents place in us for high quality and safe children’s toys. We have decided to voluntarily recall our Roly Poly Cockatoo (Item #1-1011) after recently discovering that the yellow component of the wing can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.  This fault impacts batch #21180 of product manufactured and we are still investigating other batches (batch number is listed on the side of the barcode on the back of the packaging). No other Tiger Tribe products are involved in this voluntary recall.

Defect: The yellow component of the wing may detach, creating a small part and posing a choking hazard to children up to and including 36 months of age.

This fault is in goods produced in batch number #21180 (batch number located on packaging near the barcode). This applies to all goods sold in Australia prior to April 2022.   Other batch numbers are under further investigation.

Hazard: The detached pieces may pose a choking hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death.

What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the item and return to the original place of purchase for a full refund.
